Welcome to Fistral Beach View. This recently refurbished holiday home has been let for the past five years with many satisfied customers returning year on year.
With just a 300 metre walk to the beach and a 10 minute walk into town, it makes an ideal holiday location.
It has 2 triple bedrooms each with a double and single bed, so sleeps 6 people very comfortably.
The front bedroom has wonderful views overlooking Fistral beach and the golf course.
There is a very large lounge diner, also with sea views, with a wood burner and a large flat screen TV making the cooler evenings into a very comfortable night in.
There is a large kitchen diner, with all the amenities including cooker, fridge freezer and washing machine. This room gets the morning sun so a great place for breakfast. Outside is a large garden with a decking area and plenty of garden furniture, but be careful as it gets very hot as it is south-facing, there is also an artificial grassed lawn and barbecue.
The house is fitted with stair gates for children's safety and to keep dogs from going upstairs, all bed linen and towels are provided but not beach towels.
The price includes electricity, and free wi-fi along with free parking for two cars on the driveway.

The house is very well situated for walks, with or without dogs, with Fistral beach to the front and the Gannel estuary to the rear, both within a 5 minute walk.
When the tide is out you can walk over to Crantock beach or a ferry will take you when the tide is in, the beach is very child friendly.
There are some great places to eat in Newquay and something for every taste, there are also some fantastic places to visit, and with the whole of Cornwall to see, it makes a great base for your holiday.
